Sood Poker privacy policy

What the game collects and why. We collect as little as we can.

Sood Poker is made by Sood Games LLC. This page explains what the game collects and why, on iPhone and Android.

Play chips only

Sood Poker uses free play chips. There is no real-money gambling, no cash-out and no prizes. See the play chips disclaimer.

What we store on our server

  • Your player ID — so your chips, daily bonus and VIP status belong to you. On iPhone this is your Game Center player ID; we don't receive your Apple ID email or password. On Android, the app creates a random key that stays locked in your phone's secure storage (Android Keystore), and that key is your account; we don't receive your Google account email or password.
  • Your player name and avatar — the name and picture you choose, so other players can see them at the table.
  • Game data — your chip balance, tables you joined, and when you collected bonuses.
  • Purchases — Apple's signed receipt details or Google Play's purchase token (product, dates) for VIP and chip packs, so each purchase is delivered once. Payments are handled entirely by Apple or Google; we never see card details.
  • Device checks — on iPhone, Apple's DeviceCheck and App Attest; on Android, Google Play Integrity. They tell us a request comes from the real app on a real phone, and whether a phone already had a free trial or starter chips. They don't identify you personally.
  • Feedback you send — the message, the app version and your phone model.

Playing with friends

  • On iPhone, friends tables use Apple Game Center. On Android, you invite friends with a 6-letter table code or link. Your player name and your chosen avatar or photo are shown to the friends at your table. Your photo is sent to them during the game; we don't keep it on our server.
  • Voice chat (optional) runs through Agora, a voice-calling service. Your microphone is off until you turn it on. We don't record or store conversations.
  • You can mute, block or report other players from the table.

Ads

If you choose to watch ads for free chips, the ads come from Google AdMob. We ask Google for non-personalized ads only, and players in the EU/UK see Google's consent message first. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. We keep only how many ad rewards you collected each day.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell your data.
  • We don't track you across other apps or websites.
  • We don't collect your location or contacts.

Children

Sood Poker is a simulated-gambling game for adults 18 and over. It is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. See Children's privacy.

Deleting your data

Tap your picture in the top-left corner of the lobby, scroll down and tap Delete my account. Your chips, game history and feedback are removed from our server straight away. Purchase records stay with Apple or Google. Deleting your account doesn't cancel VIP: cancel it on iPhone in Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or on Android in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
