Flying Man By Sood Games — how the game handles information.

This privacy policy explains how the game "Flying Man By Sood Games" (the "Game"), made by Sood Games LLC, handles information. We built the Game to collect as little as possible.

1. Information we collect

We do not ask for, collect, or store your name, email address, phone number, photos, contacts, or location. We do not have user accounts, and we do not run our own servers.

Your game progress (scores, unlocked levels, and settings such as music, sound effects and vibration) is saved only on your device. It is never sent to us. If you delete the Game, this information is deleted too.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version of the Game shows ads provided by Google AdMob. To show ads, measure how they perform and prevent fraud, Google's software in the Game may automatically collect information such as:

  • your device's IP address (which can show an approximate location such as country or city),
  • device type, operating system version, language and app version,
  • on iPhone, an app-specific identifier provided by Apple (the "identifier for vendor"); on Android, your device's advertising ID,
  • how you interact with ads (for example, whether an ad was shown or tapped),
  • diagnostic and crash information related to ads.

On iPhone, the Game does not ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites, and it does not access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA).

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the Game asks for your consent through Google's consent message before personalized ads are shown. You can choose non-personalized ads.

Google's use of this information is governed by Google's Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy. How Google uses information from apps that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

3. In-app purchases

The Game offers optional purchases ("No Ads Forever" and "No Ads for 7 Days"). All payments are handled by Apple through the App Store, or by Google through Google Play. We never see or receive your payment details. The store tells the Game only whether a purchase was made, so ads can be turned off.

4. Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, contact us and we will help remove it.

5. Your choices

  • Buy "No Ads Forever" or "No Ads for 7 Days" to stop ads in the Game.
  • On iPhone, you can limit ad personalization in Settings › Privacy & Security › Apple Advertising.
  • On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings › Google › Ads (or Settings › Privacy › Ads).
  • Deleting the Game removes all game data stored on your device.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the effective date at the top.
